Our over 8'600 employees and around 700 trainees commit themselves daily to the well-being of our patients. ### Your main tasks • Service-oriented advice and support for customers at the counter and telephone as well as processing and forwarding customer requests • Administration and mutation of access rights, issuance and return of keys, identification documents and access badges • Processing of parking space applications as well as allocation and administration of valuables lockers and cloakrooms • Performance of administrative tasks such as reimbursements of card balances, daily cash reconciliation as well as administration of lost property • Organization and administrative processing of room rentals (contracts, billing, administration of deposits incl. dunning process) • Professional representation of the area as well as ensuring a high service and quality standard Your profile • Completed vocational training in the commercial field • Very good German skills in speaking and writing, good English skills as well as further foreign language skills are an advantage • Good user knowledge in MS Office • Independent, reliable and resilient personality with high teamwork skills • Organizational strength as well as pronounced planning and coordination skills • Pronounced communication skills as well as high customer and service orientation • Experience in a hospital or healthcare environment is an advantage Our benefits We look forward to your application Marie-Louise Fader Recruiting About the USZ Das Universitätsspital Zürich ist eines der grössten Spitäler in der Schweiz.
