System Engineer Workplace Security & Solutions (w/m/d)

In your mission, you will thrive with:

• Implementation of demanding customer projects with the latest workplace solutions with a focus on software packaging and distribution
• Consulting, conception, implementation, testing, documentation of workplace solutions for SME and enterprise customers
• Collaboration in 3rd level support and cross-team support in projects
• Support as a specialist for our pre-sales and sales teams when creating offers, conducting workshops, and in marketing activities
• Development of standards, services, and further innovations within the framework of the Competence Center, Product Management, and the Service Factory
• Conducting workshops at the customer site

Your skills? More than interesting:

• Completed training as a Systemtechniker EFZ (or equivalent IT training)
• Several years of experience as a System Engineer, preferably with an IT service provider
• Very good knowledge of Intune, PowerShell, and packaging with ADT
• Good knowledge of M365, Windows Clients, and software distribution
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Defender and endpoint security solutions
• Interest in new technologies and willingness for continuous development through training and certifications
• Ambitious and team-oriented personality with high initiative as well as an independent and customer-oriented way of working
• Enjoyment of working in an IT service provider environment and the associated customer contact as well as traveling
