You like to roll up your sleeves, enjoy being outdoors, and find joy in your work visibly achieving something? Then our position could be right for you.

For our Werkhof, we are looking for a committed, reliable, and uncomplicated personality who enjoys working independently, but also enjoys rolling up their sleeves in a small team.

What you bring with you

• Completed training in the construction industry or a similar specialist field
• Professional experience and enjoyment of practical, manual work
• Physical resilience and flexibility
• Customer-friendly and helpful demeanor
• Joy in working in a small team
• Readiness to perform on-call service
• Driver's license category BE – mandatory
• Category C – an advantage
• Technical understanding and ideally some basic IT knowledge

In short: You are reliable, think ahead, and roll up your sleeves when there is something to do.
Your everyday life with us? Anything but boring.

It is guaranteed not to be monotonous in the Werkhof. Your area of responsibility is versatile and ranges from smaller maintenance work to tasks where you sometimes have to really roll up your sleeves. These include, among others:

• Maintenance and care of our playgrounds
• Care and maintenance of public fire pits
• Care of the surroundings of our public buildings and green spaces
• Care of the cemetery
• Responsibility in the area of waste management
• Road maintenance together with your colleague
• Winter service
• Support in burial services
• further varied Werkhof work

Which tasks you specifically take over naturally also depends on your workload and your skills.
In short: No day is quite the same as the other – and that is exactly what makes the job exciting.
