Claims Expert and Specialist Appraiser

As a claims expert, you inspect the damaged building after a loss event and determine the extent of the damage. After restoration, you verify the damage repair.

As a specialist appraiser, you are responsible for land and building appraisals within the assigned municipalities. Together with the local land registry administrators, you determine the insurance values of buildings and the tax values of land.
Our advertisement is primarily aimed at self-employed and practicing certified architects or certified construction managers with:

• several years of execution experience (incl. local construction management) in structural engineering
• sound knowledge of regional market conditions in the construction and real estate sector
• confident appearance and high professional and social competence
• reliable and upright personality
• willingness for flexible assignments in the event of damage incidents
• quick comprehension and efficient way of working
• negotiation skills and assertiveness
• IT user knowledge in common Office applications
• Place of residence or work preferably within the cantonal territory
