Make a difference • In the context of this function, you contribute to the smooth running of daily operations by taking the necessary measures to manage unforeseen disruptions. • You are in charge of traffic regulation and supporting female and male drivers in case of an accident, for example. • In case of staff absence, you take the necessary measures while respecting the regulations. • You are responsible for managing information intended for customers in case of disruptions and take the necessary measures to guarantee the continuity of the transport offering during service cancellations. • In addition to your management tasks, you support your superior in the role of super-user for the IT systems. • This position involves working irregular hours, including at night, on weekends, and on public holidays. What you bring • For this position, you have completed training as a customer relations agent or an equivalent course, and you have a particular interest in the areas of mobility and transport. • You have experience in administrative tasks, telephone call management, as well as in the organization and coordination of activities. • An autonomous working method, high social competence, strong initiative, and good stress resistance characterize you. • With you, we gain a motivated person, endowed with an excellent team spirit and who knows how to react quickly to provide the right solutions. • You are comfortable with standard IT tools and you know the Suisse romande region very well. • Excellent command of French, both spoken and written, completes your profile.
