What you will do with us ##

• Personnel and professional leadership of the HR consulting team at the Bürgerspital Solothurn location (5 people)
• Competent HR consulting and supportive guidance of executives
• Active participation and representation of the HRM directorate in leadership and specialist committees at the location
• Ensuring the professional handling of all HRM topics at the location
• Assistance in the operational and strategic further development of the HRM directorate as well as participation in HR projects

What you bring with you ##

• University degree (Uni/FH) with HRM further training at MAS level or equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in HR consulting including leadership experience, preferably in the healthcare sector or in a public law environment
• Trust-building nature with high integrity and empathy as well as a partnership-based, solution-oriented basic attitude
• Strong service orientation as well as an independent, structured, and quality-conscious way of working
• Strong communication, winning, and humorous personality
