The Airlock Secure Access Hub is the security solution from Ergon. Airlock ensures secure Access Management and prevents attacks on APIs and web applications. In addition to IAM and Application Protection, we deal with topics such as Self-Sovereign Identities, Machine Learning, Kubernetes, or Infrastructure-as-Code.

What you move with us ##

As a Senior Product Manager, you take on the business responsibility for one or more of our products in the area of App & Identity Security. With your experience, you shape the sustainable success of our products together with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.

• You bear the business responsibility for one or more products and their sustainable success in the market.
• You understand the market and customer problems and translate them into clear business goals and priorities. In doing so, you make sound trade-offs and create alignment.
• You take the lead in the further development of product vision and strategy, as well as their translation into clear goals, priorities, and comprehensible roadmaps.
• Achieving impact together: You bring teams and stakeholders together and measure success by the impact on customers and business instead of by features.
• Together with Marketing, Sales, and partners, you develop and optimize the Go-to-Market strategy and thus drive market success.

What you already bring with you ##

• University degree (FH/University) with a technical or business administration background
• At least five years of experience in Product Management of complex B2B enterprise products, ideally in an IT or IT security environment
• Proven track record in the successful further development of products and the achievement of measurable customer and business impacts
• High product management maturity with sound experience in Product Discovery, strategy development, prioritization, and evidence-based decision-making
• Strong entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to connect customer needs, market opportunities, technological possibilities, and economic goals
• Curiosity and quick comprehension of complex markets and technologies as well as great interest in Cyber Security; corresponding security experience is an advantage
• Very good German and good English skills
