As a competence center for the nursing and care of elderly people as well as young adults, we accompany around 165 residents with professional competence, respect and commitment. Our institution combines two houses with four specialized geriatric departments, two protected dementia departments as well as the Atrium – a unique offering for young adults.

What awaits you
The training of young people inspires you, whereby you take responsibility for the FaGe apprentices in your department. It gives you pleasure to accompany trainees on their way to their professional qualification.
With your team, you cover the entire daily routine of the residents in your department.
In addition to accompanying them in everyday work, you design monthly learning days with the trainees, conduct conversations, write educational reports and participate in the monthly vocational trainer meetings.
You take on daily responsibility and are the contact person for residents, relatives, doctors and your team.
As a nursing professional, you plan and carry out all nursing processes independently, administer the nursing documentation in RAI and implement in-house concepts.
What you bring
A completed training as Fachperson Gesundheit or dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH.
Certificate course as a vocational trainer already completed or ready to complete this.
Empathy, assertiveness, humor and age-appropriate communication characterize you.
With appropriate qualification, the accompaniment of our HF students is also possible.
German language skills at least at level B2
