Spitex Region Entlebuch supports and enables living and staying at home for people of all age groups who require care, support, or assistance through its services. Our comprehensive range of services includes somatic and psychiatric care, Palliative Plus, as well as domestic services for eight municipalities in the region. Certified Nursing Specialist HF Psychiatry 40%, office location Wolhusen, active in the entire region. Your task: Care and support of adult clients with mental impairments with the goal of enabling them to have a self-determined everyday life at home; responsibility for the nursing process and case responsibility; internal networking and coordination with the other teams; active cooperation with external specialists and agencies. Your profile: Completed training as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH Psychiatry or as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH with further training in the field of psychiatry (e.g., CAS Outpatient Psychiatric Care) or the willingness to complete corresponding further training; enjoyment of independent and autonomous work; strong communication skills as well as an appreciative and goal-oriented way of working; valid driving license category B and preferably your own vehicle.
