Your new tasks

• You take independent responsibility for the recording and monitoring of orders, delivery dates, and purchases
• You ensure schedule control and tracking of SAP orders and ensure timely delivery
• You take care of shipping processing (domestic and international) and prepare invoicing
• Project management in the areas of provisions, adherence to deadlines, equipment delivery, VAT, and customs is in your hands
• You process repairs and returns and support the sales team and project management
• You work closely with the goods receipt and goods issue and take on tasks in accounting (for example, accounts payable)

Your talents and experiences

• Completed commercial training, ideally supplemented by further training in the field of Supply Chain Management
• SAP knowledge (SD-/MM-module) is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in the field of order processing or project management
• You are communicative and a team player, at the same time customer-oriented and quality-conscious
• Your way of working is independent and structured
• You have a confident command of written and spoken German, other languages such as French or English are a plus
