Lawyer M&A (80-100%)

You advise national and international companies as well as other interesting clients on all matters of corporate and contract law.

A particular focus of your activity lies in the legal support of national and cross-border M&A transactions. In doing so, you participate throughout the entire transaction process, from legal due diligence to structuring and contract drafting, as well as contract negotiations and signing and closing.

In addition, you advise on restructurings, corporate law issues, as well as (depending on interest and experience) in the areas of Private Equity and Venture Capital. You work closely with our clients as well as with colleagues from various legal fields and locations and increasingly take on independent responsibility for mandates and projects.

• You have a very good legal degree and a Swiss lawyer's license.
• You are interested in M&A transactions as well as in corporate and contract law issues. Initial relevant professional experience is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• You enjoy economic contexts and translating complex legal issues into practice-oriented solutions.
• You work carefully, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, and enjoy taking on responsibility.
• You appreciate teamwork and convince through an open-minded, committed, and sympathetic personality.
• You have excellent German skills as well as very good English skills. French skills or other language skills are an advantage.
