Your tasks: In this key position in the sales process, a varied and exciting range of tasks awaits you:

• Record and check customer inquiries: As part of a team, you evaluate the tool inquiries received, decide on the best technical solution approach, and are in close exchange with the respective salespeople
• Develop innovative solutions: You contribute proactively to the development of our tool solutions and independently carry out the necessary clarifications with the relevant departments / experts
• Sales / Marketing support: You support our global sales organization in creating project- and product-specific as well as technical documentation and presentations to reflect the Schöttli specific values
• Proactive communication: You are in close exchange with the relevant departments and are the competent support and link for our sales organization regarding technical questions

Your profile: For this exciting activity with development potential, you bring the following qualifications and strengths:

• Team spirit and initiative: You are a true team player with a positive basic attitude, high motivation, and enjoyment of new challenges
• Sound professional training: You have completed training as a toolmaker or designer and bring several years of design experience in mold construction. You also work routinely with Siemens Teamcenter and NX (Unigraphics)
• Professional experience and technical understanding: You have several years of experience in tool and mold construction and are familiar with common tool technologies including hot runner systems
• Computer skills: Proficient work with the entire MS Office suite is required
• Language skills: Good German skills in speaking and writing are a matter of course for you; English skills are an advantage. Willingness to learn English is required
• Communication strength: You are confident in communication and can convincingly present the developed technical solutions to our customers
• Fast learning and solution orientation: You have a quick grasp in a complex environment, are open to new solution approaches, and are always customer- and solution-oriented
• Potential: After thorough induction, an intensification of active sales support with direct customer contact is conceivable if there is mutual interest
• Willingness to travel: up to 10%
