We are an independent family business headquartered in Wichtrach and with other locations in the Canton of Bern. With around 170 employees, we reliably supply our customers with building materials, bend steel to size, and shape concrete – with a lot of passion, technical expertise, and our own solar power.

This is what your contribution to the baumat team looks like
You accompany our concrete element projects from the initial inquiry to execution. In doing so, you are the important interface between customers, sales, AVOR, and production.
How you contribute
You check inquiries, clarify technical details, and prepare offers.
You process customer orders and maintain the relevant data in the ERP.
You model concrete elements in 3D and create execution plans, bills of materials, and production documents.
You coordinate the necessary information for production.
You keep an eye on deadlines, costs, and technical requirements.
You actively participate in the improvement of our processes, interfaces, and digital ways of working.
This characterizes you
You have a basic technical training, for example as Zeichner/in EFZ Architektur / Ingenieurbau, Bauleiter/in, Metallbaukonstrukteur/in or a comparable training.
Ideally, you bring experience with 3D-CAD. If you do not know Allplan yet but are technically strong, we will teach you the rest.
You have technical understanding and enjoyment of constructive solutions.
You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner.
You enjoy exchanging ideas with customers, project participants, and internal teams.
You are interested in digital tools and the further development of processes.
You maintain an overview and communicate clearly, even when several projects are running in parallel.
