Functional and personnel leadership of the Credit Office team including the promotion and further development of employees Analysis, assessment and approval of credit transactions in the private and corporate customer segment Support in subsequent credit administrative activities, such as recording credit transactions in the core banking system, creating credit agreements and clarification activities with external partners and authorities Advice and support for customer advisors, bank management and other stakeholders on complex financing and risk questions Ensuring effective credit risk management as well as compliance with regulatory requirements and high data quality Responsibility for specialist topics in the credit area, participation in projects and support for reporting to the bank management and the board of directors What do you bring with you? You have several years of experience in the credit business of a bank and bring sound know-how in the private and corporate customer business The analysis and assessment of credit risks as well as the application of regulatory requirements are among your core competencies You have already gained leadership experience or are ready to take the next step into a leadership role Knowledge in valuation as well as ideally experience with Wüest Dimensions/IAZI complete your profile You think analytically, act responsibly and make sound decisions even in demanding situations You convince through your communicative nature, your team orientation and your strong customer and solution orientation We maintain a familiar environment The cooperative values are our pillars: Together.
