Trimbach is an agglomeration municipality with around 7-000 inhabitants. It is located at the foot of the Hauenstein in the Solothurner Niederamt and grows closely together with Olten. The municipality of Trimbach has two primary school units, one upper secondary location and nine kindergartens. To complement our team, we are looking for from January 2027 or by arrangement a: an employee in training (50%).

Your requirement profile:

• You are completing a practical (FHNW), or part-time (HSLU) degree in Social Work.
• You have an interest in the field of SSA and show a high willingness to develop your skills in this field of work.
• You are able to work independently and take on responsibility.
• You are aware of the irregular working hours and are ready to accept this.
• You commit yourself to a transfer between theory and practice.
• You address possible difficulties and seek solutions with the support of the practical instructor.
• Ideally, you already have experience in working with children and adolescents.

The following tasks await you:

• Low-threshold counseling of students, parents, teachers and school managements
• Interventions in crises and conflicts
• Work with groups and classes in the area of intervention
• Prevention through early detection and participation in prevention work along the concept of the Schulsozialarbeit Trimbach (work with classes)
• Participation in school working groups and organization/implementation of projects
• Networking and cooperation with municipal, regional and cantonal specialist agencies
