Your tasks Management and development of personnel, including planning assignments, information, training and motivation Ensuring the organization of cleaning in accordance with daily and annual schedules, in consultation with the competent services Responsibility for cleanliness and hygiene in the offices, changing rooms, break rooms as well as within the framework of cleaning work clothes Optimization of the work process in terms of profitability, quality, cleanliness and occupational safety Respect for the budget in the area of responsibility and sustainable use of cleaning and disinfection products with particular attention to sustainability Responsibility for safety throughout the entire area of activity What you bring Several years of proven experience in the cleaning sector in a management position Completed training in a relevant field (for example, facility management) In-depth knowledge of cleaning processes as well as experience in the food industry is an asset Proficiency in MS Office Very good command of German, both spoken and written Flexibility (including availability to work on weekends and public holidays), ability to synthesize and a keen sense of hygiene
