With us, there is room for co-determination and personal initiative Tasks ### • You are responsible for statutory and voluntary social work and lead clients back to independence with prudence • You unlock all subsidiary benefits and are responsible for the assessment and alignment of social assistance benefits according to cantonal specifications • You analyze and accompany complex problem situations and find solutions together with the supporting persons as well as external specialist agencies Your Profile ### • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or comparable experience • Professional experience and good knowledge of statutory social assistance and ideally in social insurance law • Confident drafting of applications and good knowledge of the legal foundations of social assistance • Passion and empathy for the long-term social and professional integration of your clients Here for you ### I am Monika Felix from the Personnel Office.
