• Responsible for and managing infrastructure processes as well as optimizing the resources of the Provisioning & Operations area, as well as providing the required key figures and target-actual deviations based on periodic reporting
• Organising and leading the area via the relevant processes in ordinary and extraordinary situations and bearing responsibility for results
• Ensuring level-appropriate communication between one's own area, the supervisor, and the areas to be supported professionally/informatively
• Ensuring the required readiness for use and the economical, secure, and legally compliant operation of all real estate in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA) with the owner's representative
• Ensuring support in favour of the tenant, user, operator, owner, as well as representatives of construction management in the elaboration of needs and contributing operational aspects
• Subject to superior specifications and instructions, issuing the technical specifications relevant to his area in the field of infrastructure and ensuring their compliance and implementation

What makes you unique

• Higher education (e.g., FH, HFW) or equivalent training with corresponding proof of experience and practice
• Postgraduate course or studies in business administration
• Specialist knowledge in process management, IT (MS Office), purchasing, organization, AVOR/production planning and control
• Experience from the service processes of an army logistics center from the sectors of real estate, controlling, quality management, and finance
• Several years of professional experience in a leadership position as well as successful activity in specialist and project work
• Profound IT and SAP R/3 knowledge, knowledge of ARIS (methodology and tools)
