Then we are looking for you as a Finance Specialist 80 - 100% Your interesting area of responsibility: As an additional team member in the finance department, you will take on the technical leadership of market-responsible transport companies in the ZVV in all financial matters. You negotiate budgets and check settlements, cost accounting, and investments of the transport companies. You conclude financing, performance, and target agreements and monitor them. You prepare the consolidated financial planning of the ZVV. You draft and obtain decisions from the responsible authorities (Verkehrsrat, Regierungsrat, and Kantonsrat). You process demanding business administration and financial law issues related to public transport. You analyze processes and controlling instruments and develop them further in a structured manner with a focus on digitalization. You participate in or take the lead in various regional and national committees and projects. What you bring with you: You have a degree in business administration or economics (University or Fachhochschule degree) and several years of qualified professional experience in the field of controlling, auditing, finance, or a related area. Ideally, you already have knowledge of the financing system of public transport or a comparably complex industry (e.g., energy industry or healthcare). You work in a structured and reliable manner with a high level of personal responsibility and a strong sense of quality. As a team player, you enjoy interdisciplinary cooperation, are assertive and strong in negotiations, and are experienced in dealing with different stakeholders. You are interested in digital and efficient solutions, as well as motivated to actively develop processes further. Your heart beats for strong and economic public transport.
