As an automation technician, you are the central interface between production and engineering. You are responsible for all automation tasks within the framework of reactive, proactive, and preventive maintenance, thus making a decisive contribution to plant availability, quality, and compliance at the Stein site. You can find our complete list of local benefits below: Benefits in Stein: https://bit.ly/42DlBDk Your tasks: You take over first-level support and troubleshooting for production and infrastructure systems You monitor and control automated production processes and ensure their stable operation You support production quickly and in a solution-oriented manner in the event of disruptions and GxP-relevant questions You work closely with the mechanics and support them in troubleshooting and fault correction You manage spare parts in the MSR/E area and coordinate their procurement You work in reactive, proactive, and preventive maintenance in the automation environment You implement the existing maintenance strategy and develop it further, taking into account availability and economy Your requirements profile: You have completed technical vocational training (e.g., automation technician, mechatronics engineer, or similar) You have solid professional experience in automation, ideally in the pharmaceutical or GMP environment You have in-depth knowledge of plant programming (e.g., Siemens Step7, TIA Portal, Emerson DeltaV, or BMS) A vocational training certificate and a operating electrician's license according to NIV13 are an advantage You are willing to take on standby services You are characterized by team spirit, service orientation, and good communication skills You speak fluent German, English skills are a plus About Lonza At Lonza, our employees are our greatest strength.
