Planning of series of experiments and evaluation of results together with the Chemical Project Leaders Development and optimization of manufacturing processes for pharmaceutical active ingredients. Investigations and analyses using HPLC-(MS), KF, GC, NMR and other analytical methods. Application of preparative purification methods such as MPLC and ultrafiltration. Support of scale-up activities and technology transfers in production and kilo laboratory. Documentation of results in the Electronic Laboratory Journal and creation of reports. Maintenance, maintenance and repair of laboratory equipment and synthesis plants. Participation in continuous improvement projects (Kaizen, 5S, process optimization). Ensuring compliance with SHE-, GMP- and quality requirements. Are you an experienced laboratory assistant with a passion for organic synthesis and process development? Professional experience in chemical or pharmaceutical process research and development, with a focus on organic synthesis, is an advantage. Experience in the execution and optimization of multi-stage organic syntheses. Experience in process development as well as scale-up and technology transfer is an advantage Good knowledge of analytical methods such as HPLC, GC and TLC. Experience in a GMP-regulated environment is an advantage. Good German and English language skills. Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working.
