Your tasks – interface between science and practice

• Advising and training nursing specialists as well as interdisciplinary teams for the continuous optimization of nursing quality
• Independent anamnesis and nursing diagnostics, close cooperation with doctors and therapists for optimal patient care
• Support in clinical decision-making through scientifically sound methods and innovative nursing concepts
• Participation in research projects, development of guidelines, and active contribution to the further development of the healthcare system
• Analysis and optimization of existing nursing processes for the sustainable increase of patient safety

Your profile – expertise with foresight

• Completed studies Master of Science in Pflege (APN)
• Several years of professional experience in nursing, ideally in a specialized area
• High analytical skills and enjoyment of implementing scientific findings into practice
• Strong communication skills to act as a link between patients, relatives, nursing teams, and doctors
• Ability to work independently and to think strategically in the development of nursing concepts
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
