On behalf of one of our clients, a caterer active in organizing banquets, receptions, weddings and private events, the agency OKJOB Lausanne is looking for a:

Job Description ###

• Setting up rooms and reception areas
• Welcoming and serving customers with professionalism and courtesy
• Ensuring fast and efficient service while guaranteeing customer satisfaction at the table and/or buffet
• Maintaining impeccable cleanliness of tables and the room
• Advising customers on our products and menus (knowledge of wine is a plus)
• Clearing and resetting tables
• Ensuring the smooth running of the customer experience

Profile ###

• Previous experience as a waiter, (minimum 3 years of experience)
• AFP, CFC and Federal Diploma or equivalent title in hospitality and catering
• Sense of service and excellent customer relations
• Neat appearance and professional attitude
• Dynamism, autonomy and ability to work under pressure
• Good presentation and team spirit
• Proficiency in French is indispensable, knowledge of English is a plus
• Availability to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends)
• Driver's license and personal vehicle required
