As a computer specialist, you will ensure the optimal use and support of various ICT resources. You are ready to

• enthuse with your fascination for products and trends in the ICT world
• research and implement the optimal solution for customer needs, independently or with another specialist
• install and maintain hardware and software based on your customers' needs or develop device configurations
• offer your customers targeted and competent support for all assistance requests thanks to your extensive specialist knowledge
• quickly and correctly use your knowledge of company-specific settings regarding hardware and software during installations and in assistance cases

What you bring with you

• Mandatory school completed, medium (secondary) level with results from good to excellent
• Italian, mathematics and English are among your strengths
• Knowledge of spoken German
• You are fascinated by products and trends in the ICT world
• Your pleasure and patience in relations with people allow you to quickly identify the actual problem of your interlocutor
• You attach great importance to good manners
• Thanks to your distinctive logical-abstract thinking, you always maintain an overview even in complex situations
• Thanks to your precise way of thinking and working, you do not lose sight of any detail when looking for a solution
• Your curiosity drives you to want to constantly discover and learn new things
