Team Leader Farm (90%)

You love working with people and you feel equally at home in agriculture outdoors. As a reliable and empathetic personality, you will lead the two areas "stable" and "crop cultivation" of our organically certified agriculture together with specialists. And you accompany employees with support in their daily work. You thus make a significant contribution, both in front of and behind the scenes, to ensuring that we can offer this one versatile workplace tailored to their needs.

• Leadership of specialist employees and employees with support
• Accompanying, supporting and guiding the people under care during work
• Key person work
• Daily work with animals
• Interdisciplinary cooperation in the agriculture department and other areas in Wagerenhof
• Maintaining documentation
• Compliance with quality and safety regulations
• Contact person for internal and external bodies
• Participation in further education, training, specialist consultations
• Participation in working groups and projects

What you bring

• Leadership experience
• Work-agogic or social-pedagogical training or several years of experience in working with people with support
• Farmer EFZ
• Joy in working with people with disabilities and in the processing of natural materials
• Several years of experience in agriculture and in working with animals
• Experience in forestry and forest
• Knowledge of organic guidelines
• Readiness to perform weekend service and on-call service
• Good PC user skills
• Driving license Cat. B
