Export Clerk (m/f) # Employment: 80-100% Location: Pfäffikon SZ Industry: various industry Publication date: 10.08.2026 Your tasks: • Independent processing of international customer orders from the recording to the delivery of our logistics systems for tunnel construction • Creation of delivery notes, invoices, export documents, and certificates of origin • Organization and coordination of worldwide transports as well as selection of suitable freight forwarders and carriers • Processing of all customs formalities (export/import), including the creation of the required customs documents • Maintenance and updating of all master data (articles, prices, customers) in the ERP system • Independent creation and tracking of supplier orders • Monitoring of stock levels, triggering of reorders, and support during inventories • Interface management between technology, sales, and logistics for the smooth processing of international customer inquiries • Processing of customer complaints and quality assurance of all export-related administrative processes • Creation and maintenance of offers as well as correspondence with customers, suppliers, and freight forwarding partners worldwide • Support in the clarification of letters of credit, payment terms, and commercial documents • General administrative tasks and support for the management Your profile: • Commercial training with experience in the export sector, order processing, or logistics • Sound knowledge in the area of customs clearance and export regulations is an advantage • Very good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems • Very good language skills in German and English, further foreign languages are an advantage • Independent, structured way of working, high accuracy, and sense of responsibility • Proactive, communicative, and team-oriented personality with enjoyment in international contact What you may expect: • Exciting responsibility in the international export of high-quality logistics systems for tunnel construction • Versatile and varied tasks in a dynamic, globally active environment • Cooperation with motivated colleagues and direct exchange with the management • Short decision-making paths, room for independent work, and modern infrastructure • Are you interested?
