Material Planner m/f/d 100%

Introduction

For our client, we are looking for a dedicated individual as a Material Planner. In this role, you are responsible for the planning and control of materials along the entire supply chain. The goal is to ensure high material availability as well as the continuous optimization of relevant key figures in a dynamic production environment.

Tasks

• Responsibility for demand-oriented planning and disposition of materials along the entire supply chain using an ERP system
• Ensuring optimal stock levels through continuous coordination of demand, availability, and delivery dates
• Proactive monitoring of delivery dates as well as initiation of suitable measures in the event of deviations or bottlenecks
• Close coordination with suppliers, production, and internal departments such as purchasing, quality assurance, and customer service
• Administration and optimization of master data as well as relevant planning bases
• Evaluation and continuous improvement of key figures such as inventory value, turnover rate, and delivery performance (OTIF)

Profile

• Successfully completed training in the commercial or technical field, supplemented by suitable further education
• Sound practical experience in material disposition, production planning, or operational purchasing, preferably in an industrial environment
• Routine handling of SAP, especially in the PP and MM modules
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing, other language skills are a plus
• Strong analytical thinking skills as well as a structured, process-oriented way of working
• Team-oriented personality with enjoyment of varied tasks in a dynamic environment
