Sales Internal Service Specialist in Wallisellen (m/w/d)

Job Description ### We are looking for a committed and competent Sales Internal Service Specialist for one of our clients, who will play a central role in the company. In this position, you will be the first point of contact for customers, suppliers, and employees and will significantly contribute to the company's success by actively influencing the company's perception on the market. We are looking for a dynamic, customer-oriented personality with a high degree of initiative. The focus of your work will be on processing and recording customer inquiries. You will be responsible for calculating and estimating offers, supporting project management in ongoing projects, and handling the follow-up of assigned inquiries. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and coordinating deliveries. Besides these core tasks, you will make an active contribution to the further development of the company and, if necessary, take on the role of deputy in accounting. Requirements include completed commercial training and very good knowledge of MS Office. Excellent German language skills in writing and speaking are essential, while French language skills are an advantage. You have experience in the field of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HLK) or in the technical and/or construction sector. Personally, you are characterized by initiative, customer orientation, flexibility, team spirit, and strongly developed networked thinking and communication skills. Resilience and a willingness to continuous further training complete your profile. Your working day will be varied. You will process customer inquiries precisely and on time, conduct telephone follow-up conversations, and drive projects forward. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners, bring your own suggestions for process optimization, and actively contribute to the further development of the company.
