Lee Trading GmbH, a family-run company based in Zürich, specializes in the import and distribution of Korean and Japanese food, household goods, merchandising, as well as cosmetic products. Our growing branch network includes, among others, the popular shops YumiHana and YumiHana Beauty, which offer a wide selection of authentic Korean and Japanese products. For our YumiHana Beauty branch in Zürich, specializing in skincare and merchandising products, we are looking for a committed and versatile personality as a Shop Assistant to strengthen our team. Tasks Expert and individual advice to customers regarding skincare products, skin types and suitable care routines, as well as K-Pop merchandising items (albums, lightsticks etc.). Ensuring an appealing product presentation for skincare and K-Pop products as well as for the small food section. Confident conducting and closing of sales conversations Operating the cash register Compliance with hygiene standards and cleanliness in all areas of the branch Assistance with goods receipt, careful maintenance of the warehouse as well as continuous replenishment of the sales shelves. Carrying out quality checks and inventory controls to ensure an appealing and always available assortment. Implementing sales-promoting measures Qualification Completed training in retail or several years of experience in sales. Experience in the field of cosmetics and skincare is an advantage. Service-oriented personality with a stylish appearance and good manners Team spirit and the ability to work dynamically Flexibility, enthusiasm and a cheerful nature characterize you Very good knowledge of German and English; Korean and/or Japanese are an advantage Interest in Korean and Japanese culture, especially in the areas of beauty, lifestyle and K-Pop.
