Sales Operations & Business Support Coordinator Power Systems (60%) Your tasks Sales Support & Business Operations: You support our Sales Manager and the Sales team in the Energy Systems area. You maintain the order journal, create reports and evaluations of the offer volume. Technical Know-how & Quotation Management: You develop technical basics as well as documentation for offers and actively help to keep our internal price lists and offer tools (standard offers) up to date. Tender & Project Scouting: You have an eye for business and specifically screen tender platforms (such as SIMAP or OLMERO) for new, potential projects. Mobile Power Generation (MPG) & AVOR: You take over the AVOR tasks for our mobile power generators (equipment, storage, provision) and handle the administrative MFK processes. Marketing & Content Creation Support: Together with the marketing team, you bring our channels to life! You feed LinkedIn, Facebook etc. with fresh content and support fairs, job reports, events, and the web presence. Everyday Professional: From booking business trips to maintaining various databases to selecting cool giveaways for sales - you pitch in where support is needed. Your profile Completed technical or commercial basic training - with the appropriate flair and interest for the respective other world (technology meets organization). In training/studying? We are happy to support you if you are currently completing an HF/FH (specialization in business or technology) and are looking for a versatile 60% challenge. Independent and solution-oriented way of working. Networked way of thinking and teamwork skills. Proficient use of MS-Office and CRM/ERP systems.
