Our interdisciplinary intensive care unit has 8 intensive care beds as well as 4 telemetry places. Annually, we care for around 96,000 patients at Limmattal Hospital. The focus of our work is on high-quality, individual and patient-centred care as well as close interprofessional collaboration.

This is where you will be involved
- Supporting the intensive care unit management in professional, personnel and organisational leadership tasks
- Deputising for the intensive care unit management during their absence
- Active participation in projects as needed, as well as support in their planning and implementation
- Direct involvement in patient care across all shifts
You
- have completed further training as a Dipl. Expert in Intensive Care Nursing NDS HF
- have at least one year of professional experience in an intensive care unit in a Swiss acute hospital
- have initial leadership experience as a group leader or are willing to undertake corresponding leadership training
- possess organisational skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented working style
- demonstrate communication skills, conflict resolution competence and negotiation skills
- have decisiveness as well as the ability to make decisions comprehensibly and implement them consistently
