What you can achieve with us You process customer inquiries and advise both engineering and planning offices as well as end customers, sales partners, and our subsidiaries with your technical knowledge You work interdisciplinary with various internal and external departments (Engineering, Design, AVOR, Purchasing, Production, Assembly) You coordinate customer projects from inquiry to implementation and ensure that deadlines, quality, and customer requirements are met at all times You support customer service with after-sales topics and thus contribute to high customer satisfaction Why you will succeed Technology & Business Administration: You have completed technical training (e.g., polymechanic, mechanic, designer, or in a comparable technical profession) as well as further training in the administrative or business administration area Project Coordination: You plan and coordinate your tasks dynamically and have a talent for leading cross-departmental projects to success in a structured manner Inside Sales Experience: You bring sound experience in technical inside sales (Inside Sales) and know how to act in a customer-oriented and service-ready manner You are interested in technical contexts, think in networks, and bring the willingness to familiarize yourself with new products and processes Languages: You communicate very confidently in writing and orally in German and English What you can rely on with us For over 60 years, we have been offering secure jobs and have been working with many of our employees for ten years or longer.
