The familial residential and nursing center Sternmatt in Luzern offers people with dementia a safe, life-affirming home in an environment characterized by respect and care. Job Description ##

• Holistic care and nursing of the guests in the sense of the nursing mission statement and the nursing process
• Taking over tasks as a primary caregiver
• Participation in the nursing process and in the assessment of care needs with RAI for the assigned guests
• Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach (mobile possible with CareCoach smartphone)
• Taking over daily responsibility

Requirement Profile ##

• Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ
• Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
• RAI knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (will be paid for)
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Enjoyment of diverse challenges
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
