Located on two sites, in Neuchâtel and Yverdon-les-Bains, it employs approximately 200 employees. The company specializes in the development and production of MEMS sensors, inertial platforms, and high-precision atomic clocks. Its products are intended for the aeronautics, space, defense, telecommunications, and industrial sectors, where precision, reliability, and performance are essential. This position is based in Yverdon-les-Bains with travel to Neuchâtel: INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGER (M/F) Your Missions 1. Responsibilities. • You are the guarantor of the availability of the functional infrastructure for production. • You plan external and internal maintenance interventions. • As the SME energy correspondent, you ensure its management, preparation for audits, and implementation of energy improvement measures. • In support of the HSE manager, you deploy the HSE culture and compliance with Safran requirements in terms of HSE. 2. Operational Maintenance & Projects (60% of the time) • Infrastructures, HVAC & Cleanroom: You manage and execute the maintenance of Air Handling Units (AHU), DI water plant, chillers, gas distribution, Exhaust, HEPA filters, Compressed air, -. . You ensure strict compliance with temperature, humidity, and overpressure parameters • New Works & Installations: With the team, you carry out the implementation and physical connection of new production machines. • Subcontracting: You supervise external service providers for mandatory regulatory controls and maintenance. • Production equipment: With the maintenance team, you intervene directly on complex breakdowns of MEMS production equipment in ISO 5 and 7 cleanrooms 3. Steering, Planning & Digital Transition (40% of the time) • Common process with the Neuchâtel site. Tool, steering and continuous improvement. • Implementation of CMMS: This is your big project of the year! You actively participate in the deployment of our future CMMS to replace our current maintenance file (data structuring, machine sheets, team training). • Planning: You organize the schedule of preventive and corrective interventions while ensuring no impact on customer delivery flows. • Animation: You optimize the stock of critical spare parts. 4. Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) • You ensure and manage regulatory compliance and the control of HSE risks related to the site's industrial infrastructures and equipment, guaranteeing a safe and compliant working environment, and supporting operational teams in the application of HSE requirements. • You manage emergency prevention plans and the purchase of work tools and personal protective equipment. 5. Energy Management System (EMS): • Group Interface: You are the official energy correspondent for the site with the Safran Group SED. You ensure the reporting of consumption (electricity, gas), share best practices, and implement the global environmental roadmap at a local level in partnership with the Safran SED group energy manager. • Utility optimization: You target energy saving opportunities, particularly on high-consumption equipment: Air Handling Units (AHU), vacuum pumping systems, and chillers. Your Profile • Education / Experience: From higher education in industrial maintenance, electrotechnics, you have proven successful experience in a cleanroom environment and/or HVAC management and demanding industrial (Electronics, Pharmacy, Food industry) environment, ideally with experience. • Key skills: Strong skills in HVAC, electricity and energy. Initial experience or a strong appetite for the deployment of a CMMS is indispensable. • Soft skills: You are a local manager ("player-coach"), recognized for your team spirit, your reactivity to production emergencies, and your operational rigor.
