So that our employees in the various production lines "Assembly/Groups" can work quickly and motivated to supply our demanding customers on time, we are looking for an experienced and leadership-strong personality as Team Leader: Production Competence Center Drives# Your area of responsibility Within the production area «Competence Center Drives (EC flat motors)» you will take over the personnel management of several production lines in assembly/groups. You are responsible for capacity planning and ensure that the specifications regarding deadline, quality, and costs are met within the production lines. In cooperation with production engineering, you ensure that the operating resources, machines, and processes function flawlessly, which you test and introduce in your area according to given standards. As a goal-oriented maker, you support the production introduction of new drives and keep the continuous improvement process going, coordinate with the involved areas to find solutions (production engineering, logistics, purchasing, quality assurance, etc.) and eliminate any weaknesses.
