Job Description ## The projects, operations and datawarehouse sector plays a fundamental role within the Direction générale de la fiscalité by facilitating the implementation of IT tools. Composed of about thirty dedicated employees, the team actively contributes to optimizing internal processes and improving the efficiency of our service for the population. The projects sector intervenes across the entire lifecycle of IT solutions: from the collection and analysis of business needs to the testing phases, including support for development teams. It also ensures the coordination of the operation of information systems as well as the implementation of reporting tools. By joining the projects, operations and datawarehouse sector as Head of Planning and Operations Domain, you will supervise and support a team by setting objectives, supervising activities and promoting the development of skills of the employees. You plan cross-functional activities and tax processing while guaranteeing their quality and compliance through rigorous controls. You contribute to the strategic projects of the service by taking charge of the domains of application security and publishing. You participate in the continuous improvement of operation processes and the evolution of information systems. Responsibilities ## • Ensure the operational and managerial management of the entity, guaranteeing the achievement of objectives and the quality of services provided. • Plan, organize and manage the activities of the domain and steer the activities and developments under its responsibility. • Advise and provide business and technical expertise to internal and external partners. • Guarantee compliance with quality, security and compliance requirements for deliverables and ensure the continuous improvement of the processes and practices of the domain. • Support the sector manager. Qualifications ## • University degree, EPFL or training deemed equivalent • Successful experience in the management and organization of large-scale projects and project direction • Proven experience in team management • Sense of responsibility, leadership and ability to unite The communication of any criminal records is required for this function.
