Deputy Department Manager Processing 100% (a)
in the Canton of Luzern
starting immediately or by arrangement

Your tasks

• You support & represent the team leader & develop step by step into your leadership role
• You coordinate employees, maintenance, repairs, projects & external partners
• In the event of malfunctions & repairs, you are on site with your team & find sustainable solutions
• You recognize potential for improvement & contribute your ideas regarding plants, maintenance & processes
• For conversions, new plants & technical projects, your know-how is required
• You work with SAP & ensure together with the team compliance with safety, hygiene & operating specifications.

You bring with you:

• Technical EFZ training in the field of mechanics or a comparable training
• Experience in facility maintenance & in industrial maintenance
• Joy in technology & in truly solving problems
• Initial leadership experience or the desire to develop towards leadership
• Initiative, team spirit & sense of responsibility
• Interest in modern technology, automation & new solutions
• SAP & IT knowledge are an additional plus
• Very good German skills in speaking & writing
• Willingness to work with meat & meat products as well as for on-call service
