Healthcare Specialist 80 – 100% in day service Profile: • You have experience in the care and support of elderly people. • You bring joy to your profession as well as to working with older people and people with special needs. • You are characterized by high social competence, empathy and a sense of responsibility. • You enjoy working in an intra-professional and interdisciplinary team and actively contribute to appreciative cooperation. • You have completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ (FaGe EFZ). • You have good PC user skills and ideally already have experience with electronic resident documentation. Tasks: • You ensure professional and expert care of our residents based on the nursing process. • You take over the holistic care and support of our residents, even in complex and demanding situations. • You document the nursing services provided carefully and professionally and interpret relevant observations and changes. • After a systematic and comprehensive induction phase, you will take over day responsibility and coordinate the resulting nursing tasks.
