In this versatile role, in addition to leading a production line, you will take on additional responsibility as Deputy Production Manager. A varied and versatile field of activity in food production awaits you.

Your tasks:

• You take over the leadership and control of the ongoing production
• As support to the Production Manager, you actively participate in the leadership and organization of the production area
• The daily production accounting in the SAP/ERP system is your responsibility
• Together with the Production Manager, you ensure demand-oriented personnel planning and deployment coordination
• Ensuring quality, hygiene, and safety standards; you actively contribute your experience to improvement and optimization projects and support their successful implementation
• In the absence of the Production Manager, you take over their deputy role and ensure the continuous leadership of the production area
• You are or will become a trained paramedic and support the team

What distinguishes you:

• You have training in the food industry
• Ideally, you bring experience in a food production company
• Leadership experience as well as enjoyment in working with employees distinguish you
• Good knowledge of MS Office as well as SAP/ERP, ideally supplemented by experience with MES, round off your profile
• Your technical flair and your interest in production processes support you in your daily work routine
• Decisiveness, initiative, and organizational skills are among your strengths
• As an empathetic and at the same time assertive personality, you can motivate employees and make clear decisions
• The will to tackle and change things as well as high team orientation characterize your way of working
