You will

• lead the branch personnel-wise and professionally
• be responsible for achieving strategic goals
• advise private and business customers in the areas of investments, financing, and pension planning
• manage your own client portfolio and further expand your network of relationships
• actively promote and sell our banking products and services
• work closely with the various business divisions

You bring

• bank-specific or business administration education and further training (Bankfachdiplom, HFBF, HFW, FH, etc.)
• several years of experience in banking as well as in leading teams
• a dynamic, solution-oriented, and leadership-oriented personality with excellent communication skills
• a strong service orientation and the ability to recognize customer needs
• a broad network of relationships and ideally a strong regional anchoring
