What you achieve You are responsible for complying with all legal and internal requirements regarding the environment, chemical safety, and dangerous goods safety You are the preferred contact person for internal teams as well as external partners and authorities such as SUVA or environmental services You develop environmental and chemical management within the segment I of Migros Industrie and take sustainable structures to a higher level You define processes, standards, and responsibilities adapted to practice and ensure they are implemented on a daily basis You conduct audits, safety visits, and risk and hazard inspections, and deduce effective measures from them You collaborate transversally with specialized services such as occupational safety, health protection, fire protection, security, purchasing, and maintenance You design and coordinate training, awareness-raising actions, and communication campaigns so that safety is an integral part of everyone's daily life You assume technical leadership in your field, provide clear guidance, and actively contribute to a strong safety culture You assume technical responsibility in your field, actively utilize your expertise, and make decisions within the framework of existing competencies and regulations What you bring Education: Completed studies (Uni/EFP, HES, ES) Specialization: Solid knowledge of chemistry, acquired through an apprenticeship as a laboratory technician, equivalent training, or university studies, e.g., a degree in life sciences with a specialization in chemistry or biology Professional experience: 3-5 years Successful experience in a similar function In-depth knowledge of the legal framework in environmental matters, in particular laws on environmental protection, water protection, air protection regulations, as well as those related to chemicals Knowledge of environmental management according to the ISO 14001 standard, as well as experience in conducting and monitoring audits Experience in collaborating with different target groups Autonomous, structured, and solution-oriented working method Knowledge of fire safety is an asset Possible places of work: Courtepin or Bazenheid French (B2) German (B2) What we offer Maternity/paternity leave: 18 weeks of paid maternity leave / 8 weeks of paternity leave (4 weeks paid and 4 weeks unpaid) Occupational pension: Comprehensive coverage with the Migros pension fund - with first-class and attractive benefits Social benefits: 730 days of daily allowances in case of illness with full net salary maintenance Cumulus points: Cumulus points are doubled on food products and quintupled on non-food products Migros bank: Migros offers higher interest rates on private and investment accounts to its employees Migros school club: Reimbursement of 70% of course fees, up to a maximum of CHF 1,000 per calendar year Leisure and culture offer: You benefit from reduced-price tickets for selected cultural events Sports and fitness offers: Contribution to fitness subscriptions: maximum CHF 200.- per subscription and per year Recruitment process Pre-selection of applications Specialized interview with presentation of the application Assessment center Team meeting Final interview before contract establishment Offer and contract establishment (digital) Contact Ms. Sabrina Zimmermann You haven't found a matching job?
