We operate two special schools, a weekly boarding school, seven outpatient therapy and counseling centers as well as residential, work, employment and training places.

For the residential house in Baden-Dättwil we are looking for a

Work Agogist 50-100%

Your tasks

• Agogical support taking into account the resources of the residents
• Service and product development
• Documentation of the IBB services
• Sales documentation
• Occasional support during lunchtime care

Your profile

• Training in work agogics HF level
• Several years of experience in a similar environment
• Experience with wood or textile
• Experience in the service sector
• Strong professional, social and personal competencies
• Appreciative attitude and empathy in professional relationship management
