Altrajob is supporting its client, a recognized player in the energy sector in Suisse romande, founded in 2013, offering solutions and services intended for individuals and professionals.

In order to strengthen its team, we are looking for a:

Administrative and Finance Assistant 100% M/F

>>> Missions :

• Ensure day-to-day administrative management: mail, reception, calls, meetings and supplies
• Write letters, internal notes and minutes
• Enter and check invoices, prepare payments and ensure the monitoring of deadlines
• Manage expense reports as well as the filing and archiving of financial documents
• Collaborate with the accounting department and provide administrative support to the various departments
• Occasionally provide support to the HR and Marketing departments

>>> Profile sought :

With the benefit of commercial or administrative training, you have initial experience in a multi-skilled role, ideally with knowledge in accounting.

Organized, rigorous and autonomous, you are comfortable with managing multiple tasks and processing confidential information.

Comfortable with standard IT tools, you enjoy teamwork and demonstrate a good sense of service.
