Your tasks: 💼 You are responsible for and develop our HR processes along the entire Employee Life Cycle. 🤝 You competently advise the Executive Board, managers, and employees on all HR topics. 📋 You actively work in the HR day-to-day business and ensure smooth operations. 💰 You are responsible for the monthly payroll processing. 📊 You participate in the annual budget planning and create meaningful HR key figures. 📅 You take co-responsibility for presence and absence management.
