LBC06 Service des formations postobligatoires et de l'ori Médiathécaire à 75% LBC06 Service des formations postobligatoires et de l'orientation (SFPO) \- Lycée Blaise\-Cendrars (LBC) The LBC is one of the three lycées in the canton of Neuchâtel that provides the training leading to the obtaining of the gymnasium maturity certificate. Its objective is to offer quality teaching preparing students for the continuation of their higher education (universities, polytechnics and pedagogical colleges) and for their professional future. It ensures the promotion of their intellectual development and personal fulfillment. Your missions As the person responsible for the media library, you ensure its organization, reception and animation. You take into account the pedagogical needs of the school community and ensure the establishment of an atmosphere conducive to learning, culture and exchange. You guarantee the quality of services offered to users, in compliance with the objectives defined by the management of the establishment. You are responsible for the management of the entire range of documentary offers and periodicals: acquisitions, renewal of subscriptions, cataloging, enhancement of collections and access to digital resources. You ensure monitoring of the evolution of documentation centers of training institutions and propose the necessary measures for the development of the media library. You make the media library a true place of life, work and enhancement of the resources made available. In collaboration with teachers and the management, you design and implement pedagogical and cultural projects such as exhibitions, animations, thematic selections, class visits or training actions in documentary research. You accompany students in the use of resources and provide them with personalized advice and training. You actively participate in the reorganization and modernization of the media library as part of the high school renovation project (work planned between 2028 and 2031\). Your profile Holder of a HES bachelor's in Information Science (documentary information) or an equivalent title, you enjoy contact with varied audiences (teachers, students) and demonstrate patience, listening skills and a strong sense of service to the community. You have a good general culture, you stay informed about current social issues and manifest a marked interest in the world of books, arts and sciences. You engage with enthusiasm in a continuous learning process. Comfortable with usual IT tools, you possess an excellent command of French, both spoken and written. Autonomous while enjoying teamwork, you distinguish yourself by your integrity, your sense of organization and your spirit of initiative.
