Become part of our FACILITY MANAGEMENT team. As a central point of contact for buildings, infrastructure, security, and mobility, we contribute daily to ensuring our locations are operated efficiently, safely, and sustainably.

Take on responsibility with us as of February / March or by arrangement:

FACILITY MANAGEMENT EMPLOYEE 80-100% - ZÜRICH

YOUR TASKS:

• Administration and maintenance of the company pool vehicles, including organization of tire changes, service work, and other appointments
• Execution and coordination of general maintenance work in the office building, for example on copiers, kitchen appliances, and other facilities
• Procurement and administration of safety equipment for our employees
• Deputy for the team leader during absences
• Support for the facility management team in looking after the reception area
• Support with internal and external mail administration
• Taking on on-call duties in rotation with the team
• Active participation in emergencies, for example in first aid measures and evacuations

YOUR PROFILE:

• Training as a specialist in facility management (Fachfrau / Fachmann Betriebsunterhalt), or comparable technical or manual training
• Several years of work experience is an advantage
• Manual and technical understanding
• Reliable personality with high independence, service, and team orientation
• Organizational talent and enjoyment of versatile tasks
• Flexibility and willingness to take on on-call duties
• Willingness to take responsibility in emergency situations
• Fluent German skills and basics in English
