To strengthen the team of our client, a recognized player in the watchmaking sector, we are looking for a Machine Operator to ensure the operation of semi-automatic machines. Your missions: • Operation of semi-automatic machines • Aesthetic and dimensional control on conventional devices • 1st level maintenance • Participation in continuous improvement • Use of tweezers, microscopes, binoculars and measuring devices Your profile: • Training as a Production Mechanic or equivalent • Proactive, autonomous and rigorous person • Good team spirit and excellent communication, notably in 2x8 • Mindset oriented towards continuous improvement and practice of feedback • Good oral and written expression Are you rigorous, versatile and wish to evolve in a watchmaking environment?
