Within the Training Sector, you ensure the operational and pedagogical management of the Literacy field. You support a team of trainers committed to an adult audience from migration and ensure the quality of the services delivered. You contribute to the development of the offer and to the achievement of the sector's objectives. To complete our training team, we are looking for immediately or to be agreed upon a Training Team Leader - literacy modules 50% to 100%. Your responsibilities ## • Supervise, support and develop a team of trainers. • Organize and coordinate the activities of the Literacy field. • Guarantee the pedagogical quality of the services and their compliance with the requirements of the clients. • Accompany employees in their professional practice and promote their development. • Participate in the recruitment, integration and evaluation of personnel. • Ensure resource planning and activity monitoring. • Collaborate closely with the managers of other fields and internal and external partners. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and the development of new services. • Participate in the administrative management and reporting of the field. Your profile ## • Tertiary education in the field of adult training (FSEA or equivalent title), educational sciences, social work or training deemed equivalent. • Significant experience in basic teaching, literacy or adult training. • Proven experience in coordination or team management. • Excellent mastery of usual IT tools, particularly the Microsoft Office suite. • French: C1 level oral and written. • German: B2 level oral and written. • English: B2 level oral and written. • Mastery of other languages, notably those spoken by migrant populations, is an asset. You demonstrate initiative and invest yourself fully in the missions entrusted to you.
