Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF/FH/DNII as RAI-NH Responsible 70-100% Your tasks Among other things, you bear the responsibility for ensuring the correct implementation of the RAI system according to legal and contractual foundations You monitor the RAI-LTCF-supported nursing process in our institution and check it using random samples You coach and instruct all persons involved in the nursing process with RAI-LTCF in an appropriate manner for the target group You conduct internal RAI-relevant training sessions You control the correctness and traceability of the MDS codings relevant to nursing care groups on the basis of the nursing documentation You participate decisively in quality management during the interpretation of the RAI quality indicators Your profile Completed tertiary-level training (HF or FH) Several years of professional experience in long-term care Completion of the RAI LTCF expert course is an advantage (min. supervisor training) Sound knowledge of RAI-LTCF and interest in actively developing this area at Tertianum Lindenhof Understanding of nursing financing and service billing Very good IT user skills (MS-Office, RAI-Soft and CareCoach are an advantage) Enthusiasm for coaching, instructing, and accompanying employees Efficient, solution-oriented, and process-oriented way of working An open, appreciative attitude and joy in working in an interdisciplinary team Why Tertianum?
