Are you passionate about technology? At ISS, you ensure the proper functioning of modern buildings. As a building technician, you ensure the perfect condition of electrotechnical installations or HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electricity) – guaranteeing comfort, safety, and efficiency at all times. Your tasks: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance services on technical installations Ensure the maintenance, troubleshooting, and adjustment of technical installations Manage maintenance and upkeep activities Take charge of various requests and small troubleshooting tasks. Process daily work reports, delivery notes, and purchase orders Supervise and monitor the execution of work by mandated companies Propose and implement appropriate modifications and improvements for different sectors Administrative tasks (CMMS, dispatching, etc...) Manage small repair projects Provide on-call service (1 week / 5) Your profile: ES technician diploma, CFC, or federal certificate in building technology or maintenance, electricity or energy, or a diploma deemed equivalent Several years of confirmed experience in a similar position in the service sector, facility management, or the technical field Driver's license French language (B2/C1) Very good command of common IT tools (MS Office) Strong customer orientation, team spirit, and flexibility Ready for us?
